Yesterday we were notified by a client of an oversight in one of our password management email templates. Throughout the day this issue was escalated and received the highest priority at all levels of our business. Today, we have rectified this template to meet our normal high security standards.
As a matter of priority we will be reviewing all of our automated templates as a direct result of this client notification.
I want to assure all of our clients that user passwords are stored in our PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and in accordance with PCI-DSS guidelines. Our PCI-DSS certification is maintained annually via an externally audited process, and is a recognised certification integral to our operations.
We wholeheartedly welcome the continued client input that helps shape our platform moving forwards. The ongoing honesty between us is as important today as ever.
