Q. How long does it take to setup my account?
A: Your account can be set up within three business days. You will need to provide the requested account details and ID documentation for us to complete your account set up.
Q. What methods of payment can I offer my customers?
A: Ezidebit offers payment options, including direct debit (bank account + credit card), phone payment, online and BPAY.
Q. How often will I receive payments?
A: As often as you like. Most clients choose to receive their settlements daily.
Q. How long does it take for funds to be settled to my account?
A: Funds are settled to your account in two business days.
Q. Are there any hidden fees?
A: All fees are outlined in the account application process. You can also choose to pass specific transaction fees on to your customer if preferred.
Q. Can I access my account whenever I need to?
A: Yes. Ezidebit Online gives you 24/7 control over your account, allowing you to add, edit and remove information whenever you need to. Ezidebit Online updates all changes in real time.
Q. How is my money protected?
A: All customer payments are deposited into a Trust Account before being transferred directly into your bank account, so you know your income is protected. The funds we deposit are yours to keep.
Q. Does Ezidebit have an Australian Financial Services Licence?
A: Yes. We were the first direct debit provider licensed by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) as an Australian Financial Services Licensee (AFSL No. 315388).
